I was able to open the templates with Scribus 1.5.8x64, many thanks for your content!
Tried to open this in the latest Scribus and got an error saying it's either broken or for a newer version. None of the templates will open in the program.
Can I ask which version you used? I can't open it with the most recent stable version (Scribus 1.4.8).
